1. General Return Period

Physical Products: Unused, undamaged items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Digital Products: Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless defective or purchased in duplicate.
2. European Union & United Kingdom Rights

You may cancel orders within 14 days of delivery without reason (the “cooling-off” period).

You cover return shipping unless we agree otherwise.

Exceptions: Custom items and digital downloads you’ve chosen to access immediately (with consent) are not eligible.

If not informed of cancellation rights, you may cancel up to 12 months after delivery.
3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to perform.

Minor issues: We may repair or replace.

Major issues: You may choose a refund.

Change-of-mind returns are not required under law, but may be accepted as goodwill (must be unused and in original packaging).

4. Canada

5. Conditions & Exclusions

Items must be in original condition; worn, altered, or damaged items may not qualify.

Final-sale items (clearance, personalized products) are non-returnable unless defective.

Bundles/kits must be returned in full.

6. Return Procedure

Authorization: We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions or a prepaid label if due to our error.

Package Securely: Use original packaging and include order details.

Ship Back: Send within 7 days of approval. Use trackable shipping for protection. We are not responsible for lost return shipments without proof of delivery.

Refund/Replacement: Once inspected, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at purchase. Customers may also choose store credit if preferred.
7. Non-Delivery or Wrong Item

If your order does not arrive or is incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If a wrong address was entered at checkout, you are responsible for recovery or re-shipping.
